1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any product or service offered by bbclub (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease use of bbclub.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and bbclub. They govern all aspects of your relationship with the Platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games and betting markets, and access to bonuses and promotions.

2 Eligibility

You may register and use bbclub only if you meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bbclub does not permit access to any person under 21 years old.
• You are a natural person of full legal capacity in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding contract.
• Participation in online gambling is not prohibited under the laws of your country, state, or territory of residence or location at the time of access.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of bbclub, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which bbclub has determined access is restricted.

bbclub reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any point during the account relationship. Accounts unable to pass verification may be suspended pending documentation review. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction. bbclub provides no legal advice and accepts no liability for any regulatory breach by players in their respective territories.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of bbclub services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes.

• One Account: Each individual may hold only one bbclub account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated funds and bonuses.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility.
• Accurate Information: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bbclub may terminate accounts and withhold or recover funds where material misrepresentation is identified.

4 Deposits & Payments

bbclub accepts deposits via a range of methods available to Malaysian players, including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Maybank2u (FPX), CIMB Clicks (FPX), Public Bank (FPX), Boost eWallet, Visa, Mastercard, and cryptocurrency (USDT). Available payment methods may change from time to time without prior notice.

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party funding is not permitted.
• All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless a specific product or feature specifies otherwise.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are determined by the selected payment method and displayed at the point of deposit.
• bbclub is not liable for delays in deposit crediting caused by third-party payment processors, banking system maintenance, or network outages.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted from your bbclub account wallet at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed identity and payment method verification before any withdrawal is processed. This may require submission of a government-issued photo identification document and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where technically possible.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the withdrawal interface.
• bbclub aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. Actual transfer times are subject to third-party payment processor timelines outside bbclub's direct control.
• bbclub reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests at any time, which may temporarily delay processing.
• Any bonus funds not meeting the stated wagering requirements at the time of withdrawal request will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

bbclub may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional rewards from time to time. Participation in any promotion is subject to these general Terms and any specific terms published alongside the promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus credits and free bet winnings are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable requirement is stated with each promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met by the stated expiry date.
• Bonus Abuse: Participation in promotions is limited to genuine recreational players. bbclub reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds where it reasonably determines that a player has participated in a promotion in a manner designed to exploit the offer rather than for genuine recreational gaming purposes.
• One Bonus Per Account: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per player, household, device, or IP address.
• bbclub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed through the bbclub sportsbook are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market as published on the Platform. All casino game results are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software or by live dealer studio mechanics, both of which are subject to independent technical certification.

• Bets are final once confirmed. bbclub will not cancel accepted bets due to player error unless a demonstrable technical fault in the Platform caused the error.
• In the event of a material error in odds or game parameters (including but not limited to mispriced lines, erroneous jackpot displays, or software malfunction), bbclub reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
• bbclub is not responsible for network interruptions, device failures, or browser crashes that prevent a player from completing a gaming session. Interrupted sessions will be settled according to the last recorded game state on our servers.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of funds:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology designed to place bets or interact with the Platform without direct human input.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Systematic exploitation of promotional offers through coordinated multi-account activity.
• Any form of fraud, including but not limited to use of stolen or fraudulent payment instruments, identity theft, or chargeback fraud.
• Providing false information during registration, verification, or any account management process.
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform in contravention of applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bbclub Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, text, logos, game assets, and database compilations — is the proprietary intellectual property of bbclub or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal recreational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express prior written authorisation from bbclub.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bbclub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any other financial loss.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bbclub makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game information, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bbclub's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

bbclub reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions is identified or reasonably suspected.
• bbclub is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory direction, or a court order.
• The account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).
• Required identity or payment verification documents are not provided within the requested timeframe.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method, net of any bonus funds subject to forfeiture. Funds in accounts terminated for breach of Terms may be withheld pending investigation.

12 Responsible Gaming

bbclub is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All players are encouraged to treat gambling as entertainment, set clear budgets, and use the responsible gaming tools available within their account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, cool-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. If you believe you may have a problem with gambling, please activate self-exclusion through your account settings immediately. You must be at least 21 years of age to hold a bbclub account. We support industry-recognised responsible gaming standards and may refer players to professional support resources where appropriate.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bbclub holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to bbclub's customer support team for informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

14 Amendments

bbclub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address on record or by a notice displayed upon login. The updated Terms will take effect from the date of publication on this page. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease use of bbclub immediately.
